Extreme Cryo Gel is for external use only. Keep away from the eye area and open wounds. It is recommended that you wash your hands with cool water after applying to prevent accidentally rubbing your eyes.
Apply a dime size amount of Extreme Cryo Gel to the affected area as often as needed. It may take a day or two for full results, do not give up after the first use.
One of my friend s gave me a jar of Cryo Gel to try during a baseball game. As a pitcher, I expect a lot our of my throwing arm on and off the field. I use the Cryo Gel morning and evening on my lower back. I have osteoarthritis in my two lower vertebrae that creates constant pain. I need the Cryo Gel to keep the pain at a minimum and soothe the muscles in that area.

I wanted to tell you how much I love your Cryo Gel. I have worked for a tire company for over 25 years as a tire builder, which is an extremely physical job. The last few years it has become even more demanding since our company changed to what is called the 2-2-3 type shift work. The days I work are all 12 hours long. As a tire builder my hands, elbows and upper and lower back always stays tired. My muscles seem to stay torn down and I am in pain most of the time due to the repetitious movements involved in tire building. Why you need to break the pain cycle?

Emu Oil and Glucosamine
Healthy cartilage requires four things. These are:
1. Water for lubrication and nourishment
2. Proteoglycans to attract and hold water
3. Collagen to hold proteoglycans in place
4. Chondrocytes to clean away old proteoglycans and collagen plus produce new ones.
